Show and Rally Brag from Carrie Finkes
Well we're back, halfway unloaded and totally exhausted from Indianapolis!!!  Bounce made her conformation debut and I am so proud of my little black dog.  I'll admit that I was so wired on Friday that I had made arrangments for my friend Sandy to show Bounce so that my angst wouldn't be sent down the leash to Bounce.  But of course the best laid plans get blown out of the water.  Sandy didn't get to the site until literally five minutes before we had to go in the ring so I ended up showing little girl myself.  We're not super perfect yet but she behaved herself, let the judge look her over and smiled real pretty.  It was really cool to get that blue ribbon.  Didn't get any points toward our championship, the open bitches had maturity on their side.  What was really nice was the club offered these cute little trophies for 1st place in puppy classes.   So Bounce has her very first conformation prize.  And based on her attitude today, I think this is a game we'll keep playing for a little while longer.

And Tinker the wonder dog pulled her Super Puppy cape on in the rally ring as well.  We scored a 98 out 100 and took 3rd place to complete our Rally Novice title.  Her new big name is now Glory Be Christmas Diehl CDX RN OA OAJ.  Quite the alphabet soup for my yellow dog.
